The Harbinger Multi-Gym Pro is a portable gym system that be used as doorway pullup bars as well as for sit-ups, pushups and dips. The Multi-Gym Pro targets arms, chest, core and back muscles with workouts that ensure maximum muscle engagement. It features padded handles that allow for 4 grip positions to perform normal grip, close grip, wide grip and hammer grip pullups. The 300lb. weight capacity makes it safe to use with a weight vest. Placed on the floor, the Multi-Gym Pro can be used for sit-ups, pushups, and dips; padded handles provide comfort and help to ensure correct form. It also has a patented door frame guard using a unique flat design with thick foam pads to help protect doorframes.
